1. Scope
These terms apply to the public Aurorvix website, B2B sourcing information and RFQ communications. The separate Aurorvix Content Publisher application has its own terms at content-publisher-terms.html.
2. Website purpose
Aurorvix provides industrial sourcing information, manufacturing-partner evidence, project-sourcing information, retail links and ways to start a request for quotation. The website is an information and enquiry channel; it is not itself a purchase contract or final quotation.
3. Product and source status
Where a manufacturing partner is named, factory capability and qualifications remain attributed to that partner. Where a product category is identified as project-sourced, the manufacturing source and final responsibility chain are confirmed for the specific quotation rather than presented as a permanent Aurorvix-owned factory relationship.
4. RFQ and commercial confirmation
Website descriptions, examples and RFQ fields do not fix final price, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, Incoterms, packaging, calibration route, certification scope or delivery schedule. Final technical and commercial terms must be confirmed in the applicable quotation, order confirmation, contract or other written agreement.
The current website RFQ form prepares information for WhatsApp or email. A request is not considered sent merely because fields were filled in; the user must complete the send in the selected messaging or email service.
5. Accuracy and source documents
Aurorvix aims to identify the source of manufacturing claims, partner documents and external verification where practical. Product information can change, and applicability must still be checked against the exact model, standard, destination market and order requirement.
6. Third-party services and links
The site may link to WhatsApp, email services, marketplaces, manufacturing partners, certification bodies, event organizers and other external websites. Those services are operated by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Intellectual property
Aurorvix branding, original website text and original layouts are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Product images, factory materials, catalogues, trademarks and technical documents supplied by partners remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit unlawful or malicious content, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
9. Availability and liability
The website may be updated, changed or temporarily unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurorvix and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of the public website or a third-party link. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
