1. Scope
This policy applies to the public Aurorvix website and B2B sourcing enquiries made through the website. It does not govern the separate Aurorvix Content Publisher application. The Content Publisher privacy policy is available at content-publisher-privacy.html.
2. Information used for an RFQ
The RFQ page may ask for your name, company, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, product line, product or model reference, quantity, destination, technical requirements, and notes about drawings, photos, samples or external references.
3. What happens before you send
The current RFQ form runs in your browser. Aurorvix does not use the public website form to submit those field values to an Aurorvix server or database before you choose a sending channel.
If you choose WhatsApp, the website opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message. If you choose Email, the website opens a pre-filled email draft addressed to samson@aurorvix.com. You complete the actual send in the selected service.
4. WhatsApp and email
When you continue through WhatsApp, information you choose to send is processed by WhatsApp/Meta under the terms and privacy practices that apply to that service. When you send an email, your email provider and the recipient email service process the message under their respective terms and privacy practices.
Once Aurorvix receives a message, it may be retained as ordinary business correspondence for enquiry handling, quotation, order follow-up, transaction records, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations where applicable. We do not state a fixed retention period that is not supported by the actual business workflow.
5. How enquiry information is used
- To understand the requested product, specification, quantity and destination.
- To prepare or coordinate a quotation and clarify technical requirements.
- To communicate with the relevant manufacturing or sourcing partner when necessary for the requested enquiry.
- To coordinate samples, documents, quality-control follow-up, order execution or after-sales communication where applicable.
- To protect the business and comply with applicable legal or record-keeping obligations.
Aurorvix does not sell B2B enquiry information as a data-broker product.
6. Manufacturing and sourcing partners
Where an enquiry requires factory review, specification confirmation, quotation or supporting documents, the relevant parts of the enquiry may be shared with the manufacturing or sourcing partner needed to evaluate that request. Aurorvix aims to limit that sharing to information relevant to the commercial or technical task.
7. External links and services
The website links to third-party services and websites, including WhatsApp, marketplace sites, manufacturing-partner sites, certification sources and event directories. Information processed directly by those third parties is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Security
Aurorvix uses HTTPS for the public website and takes reasonable steps to protect business correspondence under its control. No website, email or messaging service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Access, correction and deletion requests
You may contact samson@aurorvix.com to ask about personal information contained in Aurorvix business correspondence, or to request correction or deletion where applicable. We may need to verify the requester and may retain information where required for legal, security, transaction or legitimate record-keeping reasons.
10. Children
The public site is intended for business sourcing and commercial enquiries and is not directed to children.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated when the website enquiry workflow, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at this URL with an updated date.
