1. Application scope

These terms apply to Aurorvix Content Publisher, a tool used by the account owner and authorized users to connect supported third-party accounts and perform authorized publishing, management or retrieval workflows.

2. Authorization

You may connect only accounts that you are authorized to use. The application uses permissions granted through the relevant provider's authorization process. You may revoke a connection through the provider where supported.

3. Third-party platforms

Connected services such as Google, YouTube, Meta, Facebook, Instagram or other supported providers remain governed by their own terms, policies and platform rules. Aurorvix Content Publisher does not control those third-party services.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you choose to publish or manage, for having the necessary rights to that content, and for complying with applicable law and platform policies. Do not use the application for unauthorized access, unlawful content, abuse, malware, spam or infringement of third-party rights.

5. Privacy and connected-account data

Handling of connected-account information is described in the Content Publisher Privacy Policy. Meta/Facebook/Instagram deletion instructions are available at data-deletion.html.

6. Service changes and availability

Application features may change, be suspended or become unavailable because of product changes, platform API changes, authorization rules, security requirements or operational decisions. No continuous availability is guaranteed.

7. Revocation and deletion

Where supported, users may revoke third-party authorization through the relevant provider. Requests relating to data controlled by Aurorvix may be submitted using the contact methods described in the applicable privacy or deletion page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurorvix and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss caused solely by use of the application or an external platform. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
