Data Deletion Instructions

Aurorvix respects your privacy and provides users with a simple way to request deletion of data associated with their Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account connection.

1. How to request data deletion

If you have connected a Facebook Page, Facebook account, Instagram account, or other Meta service to Aurorvix, you may request deletion of the related data stored by Aurorvix at any time.

Send an email to douxiaosi@proton.me with the subject line Meta Data Deletion Request.

Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant Aurorvix account or Meta connection. For security reasons, we may ask you to verify that you are authorized to make the request.

2. Data covered by a deletion request

Depending on how you have used Aurorvix and what information has been stored, a deletion request may cover:

• Facebook or Instagram account identifiers.
• Facebook Page IDs or connected Page information.
• Account and Page connection records.
• Access tokens or other authorization credentials stored by Aurorvix.
• Publishing or authorization records associated with the connected account.
• Other user or account information received through Meta APIs and stored by Aurorvix.

3. Processing time

After receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, Aurorvix will delete the applicable data stored in our systems within 7 days.

We may retain information only when required by applicable law, security obligations, fraud-prevention requirements, or legitimate record-keeping obligations.

4. What this deletion does not do

This deletion process applies only to data stored or controlled by Aurorvix.

Deleting data from Aurorvix does not automatically delete your Facebook account, Instagram account, Facebook Page, posts, messages, media, or other content stored directly by Meta.

If you want to delete content or information directly from Facebook or Instagram, use the account and privacy controls provided by Meta.

5. Disconnecting Aurorvix from Meta

You may also remove or revoke Aurorvix's access through your Facebook, Instagram, or Meta account settings. Revoking access prevents Aurorvix from using that authorization to access Meta services in the future.

If Aurorvix still stores information from a previous connection, you may separately request deletion using the email address above.
